About Us
A.T. Rolland (Fife) Ltd was established in 2006, initially focusing on the residential sector. We rapidly got involved in the commercial and hospitality industries working with some of the largest UK construction companies and gained a long term maintenance contract with one of Scotland’s leading 5 star luxury hotels.

We currently have an ongoing contract with Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, decorating wards as they become available.
​
We have eight full time employees and a list of contractors we call upon as and when required. Our employees are well trained qualified tradesmen, who take pride in the finishing we achieve. We have an excellent reputation for refurbishment of older properties both internal and external. Our men are highly skilled in ames taping to plasterboard, wallpapering, stain/varnishing. We also have an excellent plasterer, essential for older properties.

Our reputation in Scotland not only comes from the quality of our decoration and finishing but also our high standard of customer service, which we consider key to any business. For us, it’s critical that there is trust and honesty between us and the customer.

As a father/son owned business you will always deal directly with us. Andrew Snr. has 35 years experience in the industry, which is invaluable when it comes to advising clients on what is available and achievable. We are always happy to meet potential customers, both domestic and commercial, to discuss and understand your requirements and provide a quote with no hidden costs.

All our decorators have CSCS cards, mandatory to work in the construction industry, including certificates for Asbestos Awareness and are fully insured for public/employer liability (£20million)
